Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) Prevention Policy

Neenbo is deeply committed to protecting minors from any form of sexual exploitation or abuse. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or behavior related to child sexual abuse, exploitation, or any form of violence against minors. Below are the details of our CSAE policy.
1. Age Restriction
• Neenbo is strictly prohibited for individuals under 18 years of age. Only persons aged 18 or older may create an account, provide personal information, or interact with the services.
• If we identify that a minor has created an account or provided personal information, we will take immediate action to delete the account and its data.

2. Prohibited Conduct
We have a zero-tolerance policy for any content or conduct that facilitates, promotes, or involves child sexual abuse or exploitation. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving child exploitation, including images, videos, text, or related links.
• Child Grooming: Any attempt to befriend, manipulate, or exploit minors for sexual purposes, whether online or offline.
• Sexualization of Minors: Content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual abuse or sexualization of minors.
• Sextortion: Threats or blackmail involving a minor’s intimate images.
• Child Trafficking: Any activity involving the solicitation, advertisement, or facilitation of the commercial sexual exploitation of a minor.
• Inappropriate Interactions: Behaviors that involve inappropriate touching, caressing, or any other form of predatory conduct directed at minors.
Any attempt to engage in prohibited behaviors will result in the immediate removal of the offender’s account and may be reported to the appropriate authorities, including child protection organizations.
3. Content Moderation and Reporting Mechanisms
To protect users and prevent CSAE violations, we implement the following measures:
• Strict Moderation: We use artificial intelligence and human review to detect and remove prohibited content related to child exploitation.
• User Reporting System: Users can report suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the app. All reports will be reviewed promptly, and necessary actions will be taken.
• Collaboration with Law Enforcement: We comply with all legal obligations and report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority.
4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
We are committed to complying with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. This includes:
• Immediate Action on CSAM: Any confirmed CSAM content will be removed immediately, and the appropriate authorities will be notified.
• Account Suspension and Legal Action: Users who violate this policy will be permanently banned and may also face legal consequences.
• Transparency and Compliance: We continually update our policies to align with evolving regulations and industry best practices.
