Delete Account

Follow these steps to request the deletion of your Neenbo account:

1. Open Your Profile:

• Open the Neenbo app and tap “Profile” in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

2. Open Settings:

• On your profile screen, tap the gear icon in the top left corner of the screen.

3. Go to the "Delete Account" Section:

• On the settings screen, scroll to the bottom.
• Tap the "Delete Account" button.

4. Confirm Deletion:

• A dialog box will appear to confirm your decision.
• Carefully read the message and tap "Delete Account" again to confirm.

After confirmation, your Neenbo account will be closed, access will be blocked, and your profile will no longer be available to other users.

Some limited records may be retained for up to 6 months when necessary for security, fraud and abuse prevention, reports, moderation, payments and subscriptions, disputes, support, legal obligations, or backups.

After this period, the remaining data will be deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
