1 - POLICY PRIVACY APPLICATION: This Policy applies to all users of the NEENBO App services in conjunction with the applicable rules of Google Play for the purposes of privacy and compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law.

2 - COLLECTED INFORMATION: For the safety of Users when interacting with the services offered by this App, it is necessary to collect personal data, data provided by the User after consenting to the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy. The information collected is for the purpose of identifying the profile exposed by the User, so there is no interference of this information on behalf of the App Administrators. These are information related to the name, date of birth, geographic location, marital status and nationality. The personal information delivered is also accompanied by the User's personal image, which is presented under the free consent and for the purposes of using the services of the NEENBO App.

2.1 - The User may upload a video containing his/her personal image, being solely responsible for the availability and editing of the video made available on his/her account.

2.2 - If the video contains images from third parties, the User is aware that he must collect the authorization to make the image of third parties available in his videos, and at any time such authorization may be requested and, if the User does not have the authorization for the use of third-party image, your account will be immediately suspended, notwithstanding that damages for unauthorized use of the image will be required.

2.3 - In compliance with the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data of Brazil, the User, when using this application, consents under the terms of item I of article 7 of the General Data Protection Law of Brazil (LGPD) to grant, authorize the use of your personal image for the exclusive purposes of the services made available in this Application.

3 - THE PLACE OF DATA COLLECTION: The data is processed at the Owners headquarters, and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. Depending on the User's location, data transfers may involve the transfer of User Data to another country than yours. The location of processing of such Data is in accordance with the location identified by the user's device, with no interference by the Application administrators.

4 - TYPES OF DATA COLLECTED: Among the types of Personal Data that this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, there are: Usage data; Cookie; unique device identification for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example); device information; geography; number of Users; number of sessions; session duration; in-app purchases; Application openings; Application updates; first starts; operational systems; geographic position; Precise location permission (interrupted); Approximate location permission (interrupted); Storage permission.

5 - CONSENT TO THE INFORMATION DELIVERED: The User, when opting for the use of the services offered by the NEENBO App, consents to make public, within the scope of the App's functionalities, all the information freely offered, as well as the images delivered and made available for viewing by other Users.

6 - SHARING OF INFORMATION DELIVERED: To achieve the functionality of the App, it is necessary to share the information and photos made available between Users duly registered and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Use of the NEENBO App.. The Administrators of the NEENBO App declare that the personal data collected through the consent of the Users are for the specific purpose, to allow the functionalities of the NEENBO App. - meetings between older people, in the Terms and Conditions of Use, also observed, the General Law of Data Protection.

7 - INFORMATION RECEIVED BY THIRD PARTIES: The User, when accessing the virtual environment of the NEENBO App., will have access to his registration and password already registered and stored in the virtual environment of the social network (Facebook) or by the services provided by Google, such as Gmail. 8 - FACEBOOK PERMISSIONS REQUESTED BY THIS APPLICATION This Application may ask for certain permissions on Facebook that allow you to perform actions with the user's Facebook account and to retrieve information, including personal data. 9 - PERMISSIONS OF DEVICES FOR ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA Depending on the specific device of the User, this App may request certain permissions that allow it to access the Data of the User's device.
By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke these permissions, Users must consult the device settings or contact the Owner to receive support through the contact details provided in this document. The exact procedure for controlling application permissions may depend on the User's devices and software.

10 - USE OF INFORMATION DELIVERED: The Administrators of the NEENBO App declare that there is no use of the information in the Users profiles for the purposes of a marketing campaign or any type of monitoring, except for the cases in which the security of the other Users is at risk and is necessary the monitoring of a certain profile, to comply with legal requests or to maintain information security. In general, the information delivered is shared with other Users, due to Users acceptance and consent to the Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy.

11 - DATA SHARING OUTSIDE THE BRAZILIAN TERRITORY: The NEENBO App has foreign and Brazilian Users not residing in the Brazilian territory and for this reason it is possible that the data of the Users exposed in the App can be viewed in a foreign territory, and all Users must also be observed. principles and guidelines of the Brazilian Personal Data Protection Law.

The right to change and delete the information delivered: The intention of the Administration of this App is that the Users have control over the information provided, being able to change it or delete it at any time. If the User has any questions related to how to correct, eliminate or modify certain information offered, he / she should contact the NEENBO App Service Center.

The right to Review your information: The Brazilian General Personal Data Protection Law grants the User the right to review the personal information we have about the requesting User, so that the User can request a copy of his personal information by sending a request to Central NEENBO App Service Center.

13 - ADMINISTRATION OF INFORMATION AND COMPLIANCE WITH RIGHTS: For the protection of all Users, proof of identity may be required before we can respond to previous requests.

Remember that we may reject requests for certain reasons, including if the request is illegal or violates another user's trade, intellectual property or privacy secrets. If you want to receive information regarding another user, such as a copy of any messages you have received from that user, the user in question will have to contact the NEENBO App Administration and provide written authorization before the information can be released.

It is also possible that the requested information is no longer under the Administration of this App, due to the exclusion of the User's profile or due to the fulfillment of a court order that determines the confidentiality and non-disclosure of the information of a certain User.

14 - PROCESSING METHOD The Owner will take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorized destruction of the Data. Data processing is performed using computers and / or enabled IT tools, following organizational procedures and means strictly related to the indicated purposes. In addition to the Owner, in some cases, the Data may be accessed by certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of this Service (this Application), when necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parts can be requested from the Owner at any time.

15 - UNINSTALLATION: The User can interrupt all information collection through the App by uninstalling it using the process of uninstalling his device. If the User uninstalls the App from their mobile device, the mobile identifier associated with their device will continue to be stored. If you re-install the App on the same mobile device, we may re-associate that identifier with your past transactions and activities

16 - INFORMATION PROTECTION: Information security measures are periodically reviewed in order to protect the improper access that implies the disclosure and destruction of data in the shared NEENBO App environment. It will be possible to suspend the partial or total use of a certain User if any security breach is suspected. And, if the User identifies any unsafe action regarding the use of his data, he must immediately contact the Administration of the NEENBO App.

17 - INFORMATION RETENTION PERIOD: The information will be kept only as long as the User's profile remains active, provided the User has not proceeded with the deletion or has not been penalized by the Administration for deleting the profile. There is no interest in maintaining the data of Users whose profile has already been deleted from the App. In practice, data will be deleted after deleting the account or after two years of continuous inactivity.

18 - CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY: The Administration of the NEENBO App seeks to constantly improve the protection and use of shared data, so this Policy may change from time to time, and an alert may be sent about the update of the terms of this Policy.
